Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JobLinker website, application, and related services available through joblinkerapp.com and related pages (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Operator

JobLinker is operated by the JobLinker project owner. Contact: [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. The Service

JobLinker is a lightweight hiring workflow service that allows users to create company profiles, publish vacancies, receive applications, review candidates, store resumes, add notes, track statuses, and schedule interviews.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • post fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or unlawful vacancies;
  • upload malware, harmful files, or content intended to damage systems or data;
  • harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully target candidates or other users;
  • access the Service in a way that interferes with stability, security, or availability;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, files, or data;
  • use the Service in violation of applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, or consumer laws.

6. Customer responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the vacancies they publish, the hiring decisions they make, the content they upload, and their own compliance with applicable laws and obligations.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their use of candidate data through the Service is lawful and appropriate.

7. Candidate submissions

Candidates may submit applications without creating an account. By submitting an application through the Service, candidates understand that their submission is sent to the relevant employer or recruiter using JobLinker.

8. Uploaded files and content

You must not upload files or content that are illegal, infringing, malicious, or unsafe. We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe content or activity violates these Terms, threatens the Service, or creates legal or security risk.

9. Plans, limits, and feature availability

JobLinker may offer different plans, usage limits, feature sets, and retention periods. These may change over time.

At the time of this version, archived vacancies are retained for 30 days on the Free plan and 90 days on the Pro plan, after which archived vacancies, related applications, and resume files may be deleted automatically.

10. Payments, subscriptions, and billing

JobLinker may offer paid plans, subscriptions, usage limits, and paid features. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at the time of purchase.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period. Billing, payment processing, invoices, taxes, and refunds may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and for managing your subscription before renewal. Access to paid features may be limited, downgraded, or suspended if payment fails or a subscription is cancelled.

11. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the cancellation options made available through the Service or through the applicable payment provider.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated by the payment provider, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features.

If a refund is required by applicable law or approved by the payment provider, access to paid features may be downgraded, limited, or removed after the refund is processed.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, created security risk, or exposed us or others to harm or liability.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Availability and changes

We may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

14. No legal, hiring, or compliance advice

JobLinker provides software tools only. We do not provide legal advice, employment law advice, HR compliance advice, or guarantees about hiring outcomes.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the Service will always be secure, uninterrupted, timely, accurate, or error-free.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobLinker and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, your use of the Service is at your own risk, and you remain responsible for your content, business decisions, communications, and compliance obligations.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobLinker and its operator from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your vacancies, your interactions with candidates, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer or data protection laws apply.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
